Eunice Ko is the Deputy Director of the NYC Environmental Justice Alliance where she works on climate and environmental justice policy, advocacy, and organizing. Prior to this role, she worked at what is now called the Mayor’s Office of Climate and Environmental Justice on climate adaptation and urban policy with a focus on racial and social justice. Eunice has experience in campaign- and coalition-building, organizational development, strategic planning, and local government. She has worked for the City of Chicago and Austin on affordable housing, community safety, and mental health policies and services. Eunice holds a Master of Public Affairs degree from the University of Texas at Austin. She enjoys being up in the mountains camping, hiking, and sitting by a fire.
